This month, Dave Gahan kicks off his North American tour that includes an Aug. 1 stop at the Aragon Ballroom, 1106 W. Lawrence Ave. On the tour’s overseas leg, Gahan’s sets have blended tunes from his album, “Paper Monsters,” with some of his Depeche Mode favorites.
