Is President Bush a liar? Who knows, but it is increasingly clear that he is neither an honest man nor a true leader. A truly honest man would immediately step forward to correct his misstatements (rather than waiting until his hand was forced, sending others to admit the mistake, or deflecting related questions). And a true leader would take responsibility for mistakes that happen on his watch. Bush is neither.
