I could give 20 good reasons why space in Grant Park should not be given for a neighborhood dog run for the South Loopers, but guided by an effort to be concise, I will only say now: Grant Park is Chicago’s showcase to the world, a park for all and not for use by the specific elite who live in proximity to it.
