Want help blocking annoying pop-up ads? Here comes Google to the rescue.
Fire up http://toolbar.google.com using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and up to get the beta version of Google’s enhanced toolbar plug-in for the Microsoft browser.
In addition to delivering a potent pop-up-ad blocker, it also offers an icon that lets you create your own blogs (Web logs) and maintain them. Maybe best of all: a click box to turn off the record keeping of those incriminating histories of past Web visits.
