After the whole world told President Bush not to go to war in Iraq, after he told the United Nations to stay out, now he wants help in keeping the peace (“As toll rises, U.S. solicits help,” Page 1, July 21). I can just hear the diplomats saying: “It’s your mess, you clean it up.”
