Lake Bluff Fire Chief Robert Graham has been named the state’s top volunteer chief.
The Illinois Fire Chiefs Association bestowed the honor on Graham at its annual meeting this summer. The 24-year veteran of the department was recognized for his involvement in local, state, national and international efforts to improve fire safety, said Hinsdale Fire Chief Patrick Kenney, a member of the association’s executive board.
