Britney and Justin: the feud that refuses to die.
Britney Spears hits back at Justin Timberlake for crying a river to the press about their failed relationship, telling British Elle magazine the relationship “got way too serious, way too young” and that the breakup has made her a better artist.
Spears, who poses on the cover wearing nothing but a pair of tiny briefs, says that while she’ll always have feelings for Timberlake, she wasn’t ready to settle down.
“Now I think, ‘Whoa, that would have been the biggest mistake of my life.’ Y’know?” she says.
Dude, totally.
And by the way, Spears is still steamed over Timberlake’s video for “Cry Me a River.”
“Freakin’ horrible. You know what I mean?” she says. “It was hard for me that he was so exploitative.”
