Low-fare airline JetBlue has ordered 100 Embraer 190 midsize jets from the Brazilian builder in a deal valued at $3 billion. It includes an option for 100 more planes. The move follows JetBlue’s April order for 65 Airbus A320 aircraft with options for 50 more in a $4 billion deal. JetBlue says it expects to grow 55 to 60 percent this year and another 30 to 40 percent next year. It has 41 airplanes in service.
