Apparently Jennifer Garner is so convincing as CIA special operative Sydney Bristow on the hit drama “Alias” that the real CIA has come calling. Garner will star in a new promotional video for the agency, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
“It’s not a commercial,” Garner says. “It’s a recruitment video [to lure] university graduate students.”
Meanwhile, it wasn’t a spy game that felled Garner’s boyfriend, “Alias” co-star Michael Vartan–it was bad sushi. The two were at a party introducing the new “Alias” video game and the first-season DVD set (their first “official” appearance as a couple) when Vartan sensed something fishy and nearly collapsed.
