Oceanographers are estimating that a shipment of rubber ducks and other bath toys lost at sea in 1992 are making their way down the New England seaboard.
A cargo ship bound from China to Seattle capsized during a storm in the North Pacific, setting adrift 29,000 toy ducks, beavers and turtles on a bizarre journey.
