The City Council has approved plans for a four-lot single-family subdivision on 1.79 acres, just south of Atten Park.
The council approved the development, which will create a new cul-de-sac, Park View Court, extending east from the northern tip of Shaffner Road. Developer Ten Talents Inc. will demolish a house at 1755 Shaffner Road to create the development, and also will use land from the back portion of the adjacent property to the east, at 1750 S. Wiesbrook Rd.
