I’ve read many letters taking the Tribune to task for publishing various columnists, both conservative and liberal. I could really do without Kathleen Parker. As a writer she seems to have no consistent point of view beyond “I’m hipper than liberals because I’m trying to point out why they don’t matter.”
Parker is a lightweight writer of no substance practicing a fluffy brand of knee-jerk conservatism.
