Robert Damron and Cameron Beckman each shot 6-under par 66s Saturday to share the second-round lead in the 84 Lumber Classic in Farmington, Pa.

Damron, whose only tour victory came at the 2001 Byron Nelson Classic, and Beckman were at 11-under 133.

Brett Quigley, Jesper Parnevik and Heath Slocum were at 10-under 134, just ahead of a large group at 9 under on the 7,276-yard Mystic Rock course, a $19-million mountaintop layout that has plenty of score-lowering wide fairways.

– Jim Ahern shot a bogey-free 5-under-par 67 to take the lead after two rounds of the SAS Championship on the Champions Tour in Cary, N.C.

Ahern is 12 under for the tournament with a 132. He is three strokes ahead of Walter Hall and Bobby Watkins, who are tied for second.

– K.J. Choi of South Korea shot an 8-under-par 64 to take a one-stroke lead after three rounds of the German Masters in Pulheim, Germany.

Choi had an eagle, seven birdies and a bogey to move to 21-under 195.

Miguel Angel Jimenez of Spain shot a 5-under 67 and was second at 20-under 196.

Ian Poulter of England shot a 69, and Carlos Rodiles of France had a 67 and were tied for third place at 197, two strokes back.
