Recently there have been several “accidents” involving a person being killed or maimed by someone who was driving drunk and who had had his or her license suspended or revoked at the time of the incident. Driving is a privilege, and when you drive without a license and have a blood-alcohol level of more than 0.08 and you kill someone, the charge should be premeditated murder.
