The dismaying exterior of the new Soldier Field might be improved substantially if the ill-suited classical colonnades now surrounding the stadium could simply be moved elsewhere, such as to the old Meigs Field site.
Proper use could then be made there, in a park setting, of the long-cherished colonnades.
Thereafter a more suitable base and enclosing wall could be sought for the futuristic stadium we now have to get used to.
