This Soldier Field bashing is overkill.
I don’t think it looks all that bad.
It’s kinda fascinating.
But even if I did, you know, it’s not like it’s in the heart of the Loop.
It really isn’t part of the skyline.
Instead of justly railing at the sky-high costs and secretive nature of the project, you’ve made any controversy first and foremost about aesthetics.
I seem to recall that everyone hated the State of Illinois building, and now it has many defenders.
