You never know what to expect when Chinese-Canadian turntablist Kid Koala hits the decks. His eclectic sets include everything from The Cure to Miles Davis; he’s produced a graphic novel with a soundtrack, collaborated with everyone from Mike Patton to Del the Funky Homosapien and opened for Radiohead. The “Short Attention Theater” tour–supporting his new release “Some of My Best Friends Are DJs” –will be a cabaret-meets-DJ multimedia show.
