The 1st Amendment grants the right to freedom of speech to all people, not all corporations. Few Americans would confuse a person with a corporation; they are clearly different entities.

How, then, did a federal judge make that very mistake when he ruled that the national do-not-call list is unconstitutional?

The federal courts should align their values and beliefs with those of the American public and rule in favor of this unprecedented step forward for consumer rights.
