Why aren’t Iraq’s tremendous oil reserves footing the bill for its reconstruction? It seems to me that what is important to be done with my money are the following: the fortification of our school systems, pay raises for our teachers, affordable housing, affordable drugs and insurance, environmental protection, monitoring of emissions by industry, standards for diet and weight loss, accessible mental health care, affordable college tuition and scholarships, gas price regulation and vigorous regulation against discrimination of religions and sexual preference and hate crimes.

Utilize the wisdom of other nations that have been fighting terrorism on their soil for the last 50 to 100 years, and not just with inflated military presence.

Redevelop good will with our neighboring countries and recognize the true value of the common man and senior citizens, who made this country what it used to be.

There is no such thing as war for the sake of peace.
