Redshirt freshman running back Vincent Webb and sophomore quarterback Andrew Harris have sparked an offensive revival for the 3-5, 2-2 Panthers, who seek a third straight Ohio Valley Conference victory Saturday at Tennessee State. Playing in place of injured senior Andre Raymond, Webb rushed for 206 yards, ran for one touchdown and caught a 67-yard touchdown pass as Eastern beat Tennessee-Martin 29-12 last weekend. Harris completed 9-of-19 passes for 173 yards and also rushed for 66 yards on nine carries, including an 8-yard TD run. Coach Bob Spoo’s rushing game and total offense posted season highs of 320 and 493 yards. Tennessee State (5-3, 3-1) presents a formidable challenge. It won at Samford 29-24 Saturday for its third victory in its last four games.
