Where would you go if you were looking to have the most fun? San Francisco? New York?

Try Minneapolis.

Gamemaker Cranium Inc. commissioned Bert Sperling, who came up with the Best Places to Live list for Money magazine, to rank 50 cities based on how fun they are. And Minneapolis came out on top, according to Netscape.com. Chicago came in at No. 5.

The magic formula reportedly included the city’s numbers of restaurants, sports teams, toy stores and the amount of the city’s budget spent on recreation.
