Let me get this straight: Sunday’s 12-10 loss to Detroit pretty much takes the Bears out of the playoff hunt. It also gives them a 12-game road losing streak. In order for the Bears to get to the playoffs, shouldn’t they have to win on the road?
If a two-game winning streak over those same Lions, who have miseries of their own, and the hapless Chargers is cause for celebration, then I must be missing something. The Bears were once a proud franchise. Now it seems all they stand for is the national anthem.
