This is regarding the Nov. 18 letter to the editor “Problem plastic.” Anyone who owns a dog knows exactly what to do with those plastic newspaper sleeves. They make excellent “doody” pickup bags. I suggest that all non-dog owners donate their bags to neighbors with dogs. It will save the dog owners money and keep the neighborhood clean.
