Denver officials have announced a deal with Denver International Airport’s two largest airlines that includes two concourse-expansion projects worth $137 million. Denver will build new gate space for United Airlines and Frontier Airlines, settle old debts with United and reduce airline costs at the airport by about 2 percent.
