Many thanks to Martha E. Casazza, dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, National-Louis University, Chicago, for her letter to the editor, “Students must be focus of higher education” (Voice of the people, Nov. 16).
She stressed the real aim of undergraduate study, which is not to attract “superstar” research faculty but to address individual students, their needs and learning styles.
