Ruth Velick, age 85, born in Chicago, Dec. 15, 1917. Preceded in death by husband, Albert Velick; sisters, Shirley and Dorothy and brother, Milton. Survived by brother Melvin (Jean); beloved mother of Gary (Sally) and Kay Velick; grandmother of Aaron (Meredith), Jason (Tammy) and Rachel; great-grandmother of Alex, Michael and Jack. Her career in nursing spanned decades, she will be greatly missed and always loved. Funeral services were held in Minneapolis, MN.
