In the ultimate showdown of counterfeit Brits, Gwyneth Paltrow has beaten Madonna to land yet another British role. According to Britain’s Channel 4, Gwyneth will play diamond thief Joan Hannington–who stole $5 million from London’s top jewelers in the ’80s–in a movie based on Hannington’s autobiography. Sounds like a face off to us:
