Why did Ch. 7 subject us to two below .500 teams on Saturday night–Notre Dame and Stanford–when bowl-bound Miami and Pittsburgh went unseen? One of the more important college football games of the college season meant something in the polls as well as the BCS standings. Yet WLS deemed a game between 4-6 Notre Dame and 4-6 Stanford better entertainment for college football fans in Chicago.
Why this game was on during prime time is beyond me. WLS needs to check its entertainment priorities and stop bowing down to Notre Dame. They are not the draw they once were.
