Thomas Francis Hackett, age 76, of Niles, IL, retired Chicago Park District Director of Recreation, died suddenly on Dec. 2, 2003 while vacationing in Florida, beloved son of the late Vivian Marie, nee Hurley, and the late Thomas Francis Hackett; dear brother of the late Vivian Marie Bourget, the late Lorraine Tietz and the late Richard J. Hackett; fond Uncle “Bud” of Frank E. Bourget, Robert M. Tietz, Thomas Francis Tietz, Jerome J. Tietz, Christopher P. Hackett and to eight grandnephews and nieces.
