Edith A. “Edie” Peddle, 85, a longtime resident of Lake Forest, died at home Dec. 10, 2003. Wife of the late Ronald P. Peddle (1999); mother of Nancy (John) McCaughey of Knollwood, Barbara Peddle of Lake Forest and James (Mary) Peddle of Kansasville, WI; grandmother of Kari (Kent) Volpe, Kelli (Rob) Johns, Fitz Dunn, Heather (Steve) Hall and Hillary (Steve) Zank; great-grandmother of Brian, Kevin and Scott Johns and Cameron Hall; sister of Joseph Aquelino of San Diego, CA and Ann Bietzel of Waukegan; preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers; aunt to many nieces and nephews.
