Sandra Dawn Higgins, nee Hall, 40, of Crest Hill, IL, formerly of Kenosha, WI and Zion, IL, passed away on December 10, 2003, at her home. Loving mother of Nichole Swafford; dear daughter of the late William and the late Francis Hall; devoted sister of Michele Welch, William Hall II and Brian (Wauneda) Hall. She will be dearly missed by her loved ones. Visitation Monday, December 15, from 6 until 8 p.m. at the Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion.
