The Bush administration embraces democracy from a brutal dictator sitting on top of rich oil reserves. Conversely, when the opposition is a long-time brutal Communist regime–many of whose citizens are employed (at near-slave wages) by numerous U.S. corporations–the president turns his back on the oppressed.
