Hulsh, age 58, passed away the 19th day of December, loving and devoted husband to Maya, nee Polishuk; compassionate and wonderful father of three grateful children, Oren, Jeremy and Daniel; son of Louise (Sydney) Hoffmann and the late Jerold Hulsh; brother of Jonathan (Rabia) Hulsh and Jacqueline (Sam) Dicker.
