Robert Thomas Wicks, age 78, of Timber Pines, Spring Hill, Florida passed away Monday, Dec. 8, 2003 at The Spring Hill Health and Rehabilitation Center in Spring Hill. Mr. Wicks was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to the area in 1987 from Chicago. He worked as a control center operator for the Commonwealth Edison Electric Company, working with them for over 39 years. He also served in the United States Air Force during China/Burma/India. He was Catholic by faith and loved his family. He also enjoyed his dog, Chip. Survivors include his wife, Ruth of Spring Hill, FL; sons, Robert Thomas Wicks Jr, of Mokena, IL, James R. Wicks, of Glen Rock, PA, and Donald L. Wicks, of Spring Hill, Fl; daughter, Janet R. Sprinkle, of Lawrenceville, GA; nephews, Donald E. Bradford of Germantown, TN and Richard W. Bradford of Matteson, IL; six grandchildren and numerous friends.
