Who needs the Nation of Islam when you can get advice from Darryl Strawberry?
The former baseball star has had multiple convictions related to cocaine possession, but he’s counseling Michael Jackson, who faces child molestation charges.
Straw, a member of the Without Walls International Church in Tampa, ministered to Jackson at the singer’s Neverland Ranch this weekend.
But not even Straw can soothe the “trauma” Jacko allegedly endured at the hands of the Santa Barbara County (Calif.) Police, who have been accused of locking the King of Pop in the throne for a half-hour during his arrest.
“Once he got to the station, he asked to go to the bathroom, and they locked him in there for 30 minutes and said, ‘How do you like the way it smells in there?’ ” brother Jermaine told “Larry King Live.”
“That’s ridiculous. This is how they conducted themselves toward him,” Jermaine said.
