Neil “Capt.” Kirk, Retired C.P.D., age 66, passed away Dec. 21, 2003 at Loyola Hospital, Maywood, IL. Beloved husband of Dolores, nee Smolik; father of Richard Kirk; loving son of the late Harry and the late Eva Kirk; dearest brother of Kenneth (Marion), Clifford and the late Harry (Betty) Kirk; fond uncle of nieces and nephews. Member of the Fraternal Order of Police, the Illinois Police Association, and a member of the St. Jude Police League.
