Most people do not realize what high school is like anymore. It has turned into a big competition about who will get into the best colleges out there and get the most scholarships. I was nervous about not getting into the ones I wanted to get into because all I have heard is, “we accept only the best,” which is a perfect GPA and ACT scores.
I was thrilled when I got the letters from the colleges I wanted to go to that said “congratulations” across their fronts. Now I can relax and stop worrying about not being able to get into college because I was accepted into great schools. Even though all the colleges out there say they only want the best of the best, you do not have to work as hard as people claim to get into them. Now for the next problem, where am I going to come up with $100,000?
