Patrick Joseph Saccameno, 42, loving husband of Leta, nee Hill; devoted father of Alana, Michael, and Andrew; fond brother of John (Sue), Barbara (Tom) Ricke, and Carla (William) Wrightson; cherished son of the late John Saccameno and Margaret (John) Case; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be Monday, December 29, from 3 to 9 p.m. at Kisselburg-Wauconda Funeral Home, 235 N. Main St., Wauconda. Funeral services will begin Tuesday, Decmeber 30, with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. followed by a 10 a.m. Mass at Transfiguration Church, Wauconda.
