James Earl Lee, late of Palos Heights, after a lengthy battle with Cancer. Beloved husband of Josephine, nee Jacobucci Lee and the late Mary Margaret Mac Mahon; devoted son of Ethel Rose Ivy and the late Herbert Lee; loving father of Rosemary (Corky) Lee, James P. Lee, Kathleen A. (Joseph) Woodbury, Noreen F. (John) Mohr and Timothy D. Lee; proud grandfather of Glenndon L. McDorman, Melissa A. McDorman, the late Molly B. McDorman, Daniel R. Bortz, Jennifer N. Mohr, Mary Shannon Mohr and John Caleb Mohr; proud great-grandfather of Maya Rose McDorman and Shawn Michael Brennan; children of Josephine Lee – Roxanne (Mike) Zoladz and Colette (Chris) Bachtell; dear brother of Sandra (Ron) Morris, the late Peggy Lee, and the late Dewey D. Ivy. Mr. Lee was a member of St. Alexander’s Church, Oak Hills Men’s Golf League, Couples Golf League, and a volunteer driver delivering meals for Palos Community Hospital. He was the founding Scoutmaster of Troop 1615 at St. Linus Church in Oak Lawn, and the founding president of the Rotary Club of Moraine Valley. He retired in 1996 as CFO of Peace Industries, Ltd.
