James V. Ketelsen, Grayslake, IL, formerly of Racine, age 49. Passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2003 at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL. He was born in Rhode Island on April 12, 1954, son of James and Joan, nee Velde, Ketelsen. Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 4, 2004 at 3 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 716 College Ave., Racine, WI. Private interment. Visitation will be at the church on Sunday from 1:30 p.m. until time of service.
