This is regarding “The anti-war general” (Tempo, Dec. 30).
Why do many articles about Wesley Clark make a big point of him being “audaciously ambitious,” as though that is a political negative?
Can anybody out there name a single politician running for any office who cannot be similarly labeled?
Clark is much more than his ambition.
He is a man of talent, experience and accomplishments far beyond any other candidate.
As the only Democratic candidate who has the potential of handily defeating President Bush, Clark is the one that Karl Rove has nightmares about.
Smear campaigns by Republican Army generals not withstanding, Wesley Clark has earned my respect and my vote.
