Lois E. Loeber, nee Mundell, age 100. Beloved wife of the late Charles E. Loeber; loving mother of Robert (the late Lorraine) Powell and the late Larry (Mary) Powell; loving grandmother of Sharon (Tom) Lynch, Robert (Barbara) Powell and Laurie (John) Fumo; great-grandmother of Mike (Susan), Kristen, Caryn, Jim, Jennifer, Julie, Sean, John, David and the late Tommy; great-great-grandmother of David and Jack; loving daughter of the late Abrahm and late Sarah Mundell; loving sister of the late Herb, Bob, Bill, Marvin, Bessie, Millie, Mabel and Ethel; fond aunt ot many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Born in Lucas, IA in 1903, raised in Lucas and then Creston, IA, later moved to Chicago, IL and worked as a waitress at Green’s Restaurant to support her family; later resided in Anaheim, CA for over 25 years and then moved back to Wheeling, IL to be close to her family in the later years of her life. She was a hard working, loyal and loving person with a great sense of humor, love of music and love for life.
