Berniece P. Taylor, nee Pollock, born Sept. 6, 1904, died Jan. 5, 2004 at age 99, late of Hazel Crest and formerly of Flossmoor and Beverly, beloved wife of the late Herman; dear mother of Jean Ann Taylor (James S.) Johns of Montgomery, OH and William M. (Ann Stephens) Taylor of Northbrook; loving grandmother of Scott (Julie) Johns of Louisville, CO, Russell (Shelley) Johns of Austin, TX, Allison Taylor of Denver, CO and Stephanie Taylor (Phillip) Delurgio of Foster City, CA; adored great-grandmother of eight; and fond sister of the late Willard Pollock, the late Marie Pollock Deardorff and also the late Alma Pollock Gillespie. Raised in Wolcott, IN and a graduate of the University of Indiana and the University of Chicago Law School. She was a practicing attorney in Flossmoor for 25 years, a dramatic book reviewer, an artist and an active participant in community and church affairs. Visitation at Flossmoor Community Church, Hutchison, Rd. and Carroll Pkwy., Flossmoor, IL on Saturday, from 9 to 10 a.m. with a memorial service immediately following in the church at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Mt.
