Helen M. Ferger, passed away peacefully Sunday, Jan. 4, in Naples, FL, where she had been living with her daughter Gail. Helen was born Oct. 18, 1914 in Minthill, MO to Leroy Bentley and Alpha Omega, nee Ames, and had lived most of her life in the Chicago and NW suburban area. Prior to her move to Naples in September of 2003, she had resided in Woodstock, IL for the previous 13 years. Helen was a loving mother to her son Ronald (Geneta) Thill, Emporium, KS; daughters, Sharlene Larsen, Hancock, WI, Patricia Berthold, Marco Island, FL and Gail Wittenberg, formerly of Wauconda, IL, also her stepson Arthur (Maryann) Lindblad of Hanover Park, IL; she was the grandmother of 23 grandchildren; and the great-grandmother and greatgreat-grandmother of many. She was preceded in death by her husband George Lindblad and Charles Ferger; also her sons-in-law Ray Larsen and Alfred Berthold; and three great-grandchildren. There will be a service on Saturday 1 p.m. at The Meadows Funeral Home, 3615 Kirchoff Rd., Rolling Meadows, followed by interment, Elmwood Cemetery, River Grove, IL.
