So, under a new Illinois law, anyone traveling at the speed limit in the passing lane must get out of the way so that people behind him who wish to break the law and go faster than the posted speed limit can do so unimpeded because if we don’t, they might get really mad and exhibit road rage.

Apparently, driving at the posted legal limit and henceforth getting in the way of someone who wishes to speed is against the law.

Fascinating! Let’s extend this rule to the entire legal system. We certainly don’t want anyone getting mad because they have to obey some law.
