– US Airways Group, the seventh-largest U.S. airline, has agreed to lease 10 gates and other facilities at Pittsburgh International Airport through 2018 and says negotiations on contracts for 40 more gates are continuing. The Arlington, Va.-based company rejected a previous lease agreement as part of a Chapter 11 reorganization completed in April.

– Vietnam Airlines expects to more than double its number of aircraft to 70 from 34 by 2010, as it expands routes and a new visa-free policy draws more visitors, a company official says. The state-owned carrier expects to carry 4.9 million passengers in 2004, up from 4 million last year, the official adds.
