Thomas E. Cowper, Sr., 73, of West Chicago, passed away peacefully Saturday, after a lengthy illness. He was surrounded by his loving wife and children. Son of the late Albert and Louisa Cowper. Survived by his wife, Carolyn, whom he married on January 19, 1952; four children, Thomas, Jr. (Suzanne), Eileen (Dean) Price, Laurel (Michael) Warren and Andrea (Erik) Roberg; grandfather of four. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, at 11 a.m. from the Norris-Walen Funeral Home, 132 Fremont St., West Chicago. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Evergreen Park, IL. Visitation will be on Tuesday, from 2 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the charity of your choice. 630-231-0060
