Paris Hilton–known lately for her video exploits without clothes–tops Mr. Blackwell’s list of the worst-dressed women of 2003.
“Grab the blinders, here comes Paris. From cyber disgrace to red carpet chills–she’s the vapid Venus of Beverly Hills,” says Blackwell, Hollywood’s self-proclaimed fashion guru.
Madonna and Britney Spears, dubbed the “kissin’ cousins of couture crimes,” smooched their way to No. 2. Shania Twain, Diane Keaton and Jessica Simpson rounded out the Top 5 bearers–or should we say wearers–of bad taste.
Maybe they can learn something from Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Garner, Diane Lane, Salma Hayek and Oprah Winfrey–the most stylish stars, according to Blackwell.
