John W. Lundquist, age 61, of Dyer, IN, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2004. Survived by his wife Kathleen, nee Krezman, Lundquist of Dyer; three step-sons Joseph, Kevin and Timothy Sheridan; two daughters Jennifer Taplin and Melissa (Dennis) Courtade; three stepdaughters Kelly, Sara and Rebecca Sheridan; three grandchildren; one sister Jean Ogrentz of Chicago; and mother-in-law Sara Krezman; nephews and nieces. Preceded in death by his parents Frank and Florence Lundquist. Funeral services Thursday, January 22, at 10:30 a.m. at the Fagen-Miller Funeral Home, 8580 Whicker (U.S. 41), St. John, IN. Burial St. Michaels Church Cemetery, Schererville, IN. Visitation Wednesday, January 21, from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. with a vigil at 8:30 p.m. John was employed at Tuthill Corp., Burr Ridge, IL, for 17 years.
