Charles “Charlie” H. Lomas Sr., born to Eternal Life on Jan. 17, 2004 at 73. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 42 years, Mary Catherine Lomas (Curry). Survived by wife Patty; loving father of Charles (Patti) Lomas, James (Judy) Lomas, Mary (Pat) Fohr, Michael (Robbin) Lomas, Cathy (Scott) Negri, Colleen (Joe) Klemn, Dan Lomas, John (Elisa) Lomas, Cecilia (Mike) Chesney, Carolyn (Ed) Pawlaczyk, Jacquelyn Lomas; also survived by his brother Bill (Barb) Lomas and sisters Pat (Frank) Veto, Gerry (George) Walsh and Betty (Ray) Tubridy; further survived by 21 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The family would like to thank everyone for their outpouring of support and prayers, and a very special thank you to the Fairview Hospice. Services for family and friends will be held Feb. 13 at 1 p.m., in the chapel at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1400 South Wolf Rd., Hillside, IL 60126.
